From mixed use schemes to large retail centres, Fontenergy provide services for a range of commercial developments.
We have provided technical and commercial feasibility studies for this mixed-use development in Bristol. The comprehensive regeneration near the town centre will provide over 400 homes, a hotel, school, retail offices, health centre and other community buildings. Fontenergy is also bidding to provide ESCO services to the completed development.
This £1.5 billion, 170-acre programme includes the creation of a new pedestrianised town centre, market square, green spaces and around 5000 new homes, and the renovation of existing stock. We have reviewed the project for LendLease, advised on the implications of low carbon regulation for the developer, and advised on the ESCO bids.
The Preston Tithebarn project will transform over half of the existing Preston City Centre, providing 1.5m sq ft of new retail, cinema, new and refurbished markets, a new transport hub and approximately 500 new homes. We worked with Lend Lease to provide a technical solution that will enable the development to meet Code 4 standard. We have also undertaken financial modelling to provide a number of commercial options for the site.
